JOB SCOPE & PURPOSE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Client and Brand Understanding:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes.
- Support the development of solutions that are aligned with client goals.
- Proactively engage in conversations with clients to understand their marketing objectives and provide tailored social media strategies.
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
- Utilize a deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) to craft and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze trends and consumer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the execution of social media content, ensuring it aligns with the overarching strategy and brand identity.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and feedback loops.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure client projects are completed effectively, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients, contributing to long-term partnerships.
Social Listening and Community Management:
- Manage social listening efforts, tracking branded and non-branded conversations to uncover insights.
- Monitor and engage with comments, reviews, and messages across social platforms to manage community relations.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Analyze data from social media platforms and campaigns to inform strategic recommendations.
- Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance, client status updates, and ongoing social media initiatives.
Content Scheduling and Approvals:
- Help coordinate and schedule content across platforms while ensuring it aligns with client strategies.
- Manage the approval process to ensure content is published on time and meets client expectations.
Creative Input:
- Collaborate on the creation of content that enhances a brand’s presence on social media, helping to elevate its reputation.
- Engage in brainstorming and creative sessions to produce innovative ideas for campaigns.
Client and Internal Team Meetings:
- Participate in client briefings, presentations, and status meetings.
- Communicate progress to clients and internal teams and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Build relationships with each Point team competency to support the completion of client projects.
- Assist in building and championing the integration of the business across all competencies within Point.
- Take an active role in building a positive agency culture.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Experience:
- At least 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably in an agency environment with a focus on social media and marketing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Education:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Social Media Expertise: Experience with Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook in a professional capacity.
- Creativity: Ability to think strategically and creatively to elevate brands on social platforms.
- Analytics: Comfort with using analytics tools to track social media performance and adjust strategies.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, while also taking initiative and ownership of projects.
