We are seeking a talented, proven VP of Sales to join our team. As a critical part of our firm, this role is a unique opportunity to work with some of the best marketing minds with varied industry experience and business acumen who deliver innovative, real-world solutions for our clients’ businesses. We are a growing, dynamic organization seeking someone to spearhead our sales efforts. 

 

The primary objective of the role is to drive new business thru the pursuit of new prospects and expanding client wallet share through greater adoption of TPG’s integrated service offerings (Brand Strategy, Digital, PR, Media, etc.). 

 

As a new business development leader, you will play a primary role in shaping our prospects initial experience and lay the groundwork for successful long-term client partnerships. You will play a key role in sustaining our core values which make working at TPG a fun, challenging, and meaningful career-defining work.

 

Requirements: 

  • Must have executive presence, ability to communicate with the C-Suite
  • Gain an understanding of the client‘s current business environment to uncover needs, challenges, and opportunities 
  • Generate, qualify and nurture leads, as well as work with senior team and subject matter experts to develop solutions and close business

Responsibilities: 

  • Implement a strategic sales plan; works to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals and objectives; and monitors performance against desired results 
  • Demonstrate exceptional Sales Management Skills including call planning, routing & frequency of calls 
  • Evaluate client onboarding processes and communications 
  • Provide input to management regarding products and services, communication concerns, and problem resolution procedures 

Qualifications: 

  • 7 years of experience in Sales 
  • College graduate with a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business 
  • Sales experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related industry preferred 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and communication skills required 
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and lead a team with minimal direct supervision
