The agency’s first Executive Creative Director, David helped build The Point Group from the ground up. For 30 years, he has excelled in translating marketing strategies into show-stopping creative solutions. A brilliant artist and illustrator, David cut his teeth in restaurant and retail, and has subsequently developed a penchant for environmental design, point-of-sale and packaging.
With 30 years’ experience leading and transforming brands both nationally and globally, Susan is a seasoned strategist with a keen eye for compelling insights that inspire action and an unconventional research approach to finding them. From creating the vision to flawless activation, she leads clients and teams to achieve success. Her experience spans a diverse range of industries from CPG, to Healthcare to Hospitality on premier brands including Anheuser Busch, United Nations, Nestle, Disney, Delta Dental Insurance and La Quinta hotels among many others.
Ruth leads our health care services division. She possesses over 25 years of experience delivering a wide range of marketing communications to clients on the provider, payer and technology sides of health care, including Baylor Health Care and Texas Health Resources. While her bachelor’s degree in design and journalism have earned her an honorary art director’s card, it’s her experience as a former business owner and expertise in the health care market that distinguish her leadership.
As our lead strategist and resident profiler, Ann applies the decades she’s spent studying consumer behaviors and media consumption patterns to artfully craft and execute marketing campaigns. Ann loves a puzzle and is second to none in figuring out how to get the right message to the right audience in the right way. She has a deep connection to the hospitality, luxury and real estate sectors, having worked closely with clients such as Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Cadillac over the course of her career.
Expert at managing the spread of information, Martha owns the ins and outs of our clients’ multi-channel marketing programs. Her 20+ years in public relations—including a decade as senior vice president at Publicis—comprise some seriously clever thought leadership, bully-proof reputation management and deft crisis communication. Whether leveraging social media platforms or scoring press hits, the PR strategies developed by Martha have proven invaluable to clients like Nestlé USA, St. Luke’s Health and Sammons Enterprises.
With over 35 years of innovative design in TV, radio, film and interactive, Mitch is a master of moving imagery. He has created hundreds of captivating network identities, visual effects and broadcast promotions for clients such as HBO, ESPN, NBC, MTV, Nike, MGM/UA and Warner Bros, and has received a myriad of prestigious awards in return.
