Point Names Heather Julian Chief Marketing Officer
Julian brings client-side leadership experience across senior living, financial services and fintech to support agency growth.
Point has named Heather Julian Chief Marketing Officer, strengthening the agency’s leadership team and expanding its expertise in senior living, financial services and fintech.
Julian brings experience leading in-house marketing teams across sales, growth strategy and brand development. Her background includes connecting brand strategy with customer acquisition and retention through audience targeting, CRM and marketing automation.
“The addition of Heather is a significant step forward for our team,” said Susan Owen, CEO of Point. “She came to marketing through a commercial lending background, which means she understands the financial impacts of strategy across multiple industries in a way most marketers will not.”
Before joining Point, Julian served as CMO of Lifespace Communities, a senior living operator and Point client. That relationship gave her firsthand experience with the agency’s approach and the team she now joins.
“Point thinks like a business partner, not just a marketing agency,” said Julian. “What drew me here was the team’s clear, strategic approach and deep expertise in building brands and delivering revenue-generating plans. I know what good results look like from the client side, and my goal is to help more organizations benefit from what this team delivers.”
Bringing a Client-Side Perspective to Agency Growth
As CMO, Julian will focus on growing Point and expanding its capabilities. Her banking and fintech experience complements the agency’s work in financial and professional services. Alongside Owen’s banking background, she adds insight into the financial considerations and regulatory demands that shape clients’ marketing decisions.
Julian joins a leadership team with experience on both the agency and client sides, spanning hospitality, healthcare, real estate, senior living and B2B marketing. Her appointment builds on that shared understanding of the business pressures behind a marketing brief.
The announcement follows Point’s recognition as 2026 Senior Living Marketing Agency of the Year by ElderCare Review, further supporting the agency’s growth in the sector.
